HOW TO BOOK

To make a reservation for holiday accomodation, fill and send the looking form, after having checked the availability of the structure.

PAYMENT METHOD

Booking are confirmed upon receiving the receipt of payment for 50% of the total sum. Booking can be made by fax at the following number:

The guest will receive a lodging statement.
If the period of time between the booking and the start of stay is less than 30 days the booking will be confirmed when the payment for the total sum is received.

LETTING PERIOD

Letting periods will normally be weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. It's possible to book week-ends in off and middle seasons. (see chart).

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE OWNERS AND GUEST:

The owner are only responsible in so far as the lodgings meeting the description on the web site. The check in time is expected to be on Saturdays between 4 p.m and 8 p.m., the check out time between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.. Date or time variations must be communicated at least 3 days before arrival. In the case of uncommunicated delay, the owners are not responsible.

Upon furnishing the keys the guests must give the following documents to the owners or their representative:

a passport or identity card for the purpose of registration of stay as per law
a damage deposit in cash £300.000 or EURO 150. The owners retain the right to refuse entrance in case of non-payment of the damage deposit.

Only the person named on the lodging statement and whose presence has been registered with the local authorities may lodge in the accommodations. Any variation or change must be communicated to the owners.
If for any reason the booked accommodation cannot be assigned to the guest another similar accommodation may be given in substitution.
The owners of the guest farm "Il Castelluccio" are not responsible for any damages or injuries to the guest, for both adults and minors, for accidents which may occur inside the accommodations or outside including: the pool, gardens, and other areas of the property. The Owners are also not responsible for eventual problems concerning journey arrival or departure.
At the end of stay the guest do not have any right to eventual reimbursement.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of a booking incurs the following damage be paid:
up to 30 days prioe to the arrival 20% of the total price of the stay
20 to 30 days prior to the arrival 40% of the total price of the stay
3 to 20 days prior to the arrival 80% of the total price of the stay
less than 3 days prior to the booking 100% of the total price of the stay
